Print the PDF version of the Dealer How To document. This document will explain the basic requirements for becoming a Dealer. Web-only Dealers will not be authorized. You must have prior experience converting vehicles to all electric. You must have an established business and copies of all appropriate business tax documents. You must be prepared to place an opening order for motors. If you do not meet these basic requirements you should contact one of our Dealers for assistance.

 

Terms of Sale

Print the PDF version of the "Dealer Terms of Sales information".

 

Dealer Application

Print the PDF version of the "Dealer Application".  Fill it out, and either FAX or U.S. Mail it back to our office along with a photocopy of your state's business license or sales tax resale certificate. Once this has been received we will review it, and if all of the above conditions have been met we will send you a Dealer Agreement. You should sign and date the document and then return the signature page and address page. Once this has been received and accepted, you will be notified of your login and password to the Dealer Only area of our web site. Your company will be listed as an authorized Dealer in the appropriate area of our web site. You will have immediate access to the Dealer Manual and other materials to assist in the knowledge, familiarity, marketing, and sales of our products. A hard copy manual will be sent shortly after approval.

Credit Application

Print the PDF version of the "Dealers Credit Application". Prior to completion, verification and acceptance of this form, all orders must be pre-paid. There are no COD orders allowed, however most credit cards are accepted and a small processing fee may pertain.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped FOB Frankfort, Illinois. Residential delivery is available as is lift gate service at additional costs. Any shipments made to locations that do not have a forklift or loading dock are considered residential deliveries, even if they are a legitimate business address. You may make your own shipping arrangements, however orders not collected from the dock within 7 days after you have been notified that the order is ready for pickup will incur a 10% restocking fee.
