I graduated from Concordia University in Chicago BA Ed. With double major in English and Theology in 1973. Currently a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) affiliated with MassMutual Financial Group. My DBA is Envision Financial Solutions. I received my Masters of Science in Financial Services from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA in 2005. In addition to traditional financial planning services my practice focuses on helping families with special needs children complete the legal, financial and benefits planning necessary to provide a life of self determination for their exceptional children. I am in my 25th year of marriage to my bride, Kerry. We have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. One of our sons, Lliam (pronounced Leeum) is a 21 year old young man with cerebral palsy, autism and epilepsy…hence my focus on special needs planning. I enjoy all the things I never have time to do….playing guitar, camping, hanging out at Michigan beaches, travel, reading (especially history), home improvements (just finished the second fireplace in our home) bicycling and cooking (especially over a campfire!) I am currently writing a book about helping developmentally disabled children and adults achieve self determination through comprehensive legal, financial and “person centered planning.” I plan to finish that by June of 2010 and self publish. Timothy Verity - Cocoa - Timothy Kevin Verity, 60, of Cocoa, died Tuesday, March 9, 2010. He was born in Evergreen Park, IL to William and Rita Verity and has been a long time resident of Brevard County. He loved music and motorcycles. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Renee Fox; uncle, Peter Feil; aunts, Diane McCarthy, Barbara Ferring; and a large extended family. Timothy was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Dennis R. Verity. A memorial service will take place in IL at St. Mary's Cemetery in Evergreen Park, IL at a later date. |

| Carol Weber (DeRoss) Blackwell | Was married to Wayne DeRoss. I now live in Idaho (and have for the past 30 years) My husband of 30 years, Bruce, passed away 2 years ago with cancer (after numerous years and numerous health issues). We had two daughters, Amanda and Sara. Amanda still lives in Idaho with her husband and three children Seth, Abby, and Adalyse. Sara lives in Scotland with her Scottish husband and daughter Edith. I graduated from college here in Idaho in 1996 after 8 years of working full time, going to school full time and trying to not let my family life suffer. I was 45 when I graduated with a doctorate degree in pharmacy. I now work in Idaho Falls as a pharmacist and would really enjoy hearing from my past classmates.
