Chill Plate - For HyPer-Drive Controller/Inverters

Greatly increase the continuous duty cycle of your HyPer-Drive X1™ and HyPer-Drive X144™ Controller/Inverter. Made from 6061 solid aluminum, this 5/8" thick plate is fitted with 1/8" NPT inlet and outlet ports. This is an unfinished aluminum plate and can be buffed with an abrasive pad for a matte finish or polished for a chrome look.

    CAN Touch Display - For HyPer-Drive Controller/Inverters

    The CANBus Touch Display is an optional add-on component for any HyPer-Drive™ controller/inverter. The CAN Touch Display Kit is an easy to install/configure CANBus Display. It provides all major HyPer Motor & HyPer-Drive Inverter information on one screen. A secondary screen, which can be accessed by tapping the touchscreen, displays less vital system information.

    The display fits nicely behind a dash with or without the optional faceplate. The included driver box and harness kit is plug & play - just supply 12V, connect CAN-H/CAN-L to the inverter's K1 plug, and copy the CAN Network information to your Clone file. The following information is displayed:

    • Active Motor Direction (F or R)
    • Motor Speed (RPM)
    • Motor Temperature
    • Inverter Temperature
    • DC Pack Voltage
    • DC Pack Current
    • Active Fault Indicated by "Error"
    • Motor Current (Arms)
    • Torque Request (%)
    • SoC (%)
    • Operating Hours
    • Fault Code of highest priority (when Error is active on Screen 2)

    Compact Display - For HyPer-Drive Controller/Inverters

    The SME Compact Display is an optional add-on component for any HyPer-Drive X1™ and HyPer-Drive X144™ controller/inverter. The immediate EV capabilities of this LCD Compact Display include:

    • Display vehicle speed in MPH or KM/H (calculated using tire diameter and up to two gear ratios)
    • Display active fault code of highest priority
    • Indicate main battery pack state of charge
    • Indicate power de-rating due to motor or inverter over-temperature
    • Cycle between 3 operating profiles using push button (E/S/H) switch (must be assigned in Clone file)
    • "Diagnostic Mode" (not available with 2BD firmware) to view system values such as HyPer Motor RPM, temperature, torque, current, and more

    Contactors - For HyPer-Drive Controller/Inverters

    The HyPer 9 Integrated System™ (IS) includes the Gigavac GV200QA-1 Main Contactor. It has a 36–48V externally economized coil, which is required by the HyPer-Drive X1™ Controller/Inverter.

    The HyPer 9HV Integrated System™ (IS) includes the Gigavac GV200PA-1 Main Contactor. It has a 12V externally economized coil, which is required by the HyPer-Drive X144™ Controller/Inverter.

    We also offer the following contactors as separate or replacement items:

    • Gigavac GV200QA-1, Rincon REC35P1NX (36/48V Coil, Externally Economized)
    • Gigavac GV200PA-1, Rincon REC35P1LX (12V Coil, Externally Economized)
