Begin by printing the PDF version of the Authorized Motor Dealer How To document. This document outlines the fundamental requirements for becoming an Authorized Motor Dealer. Please note, we do not authorize web-only dealers. You must have prior experience converting vehicles to all-electric, an established business, and copies of all appropriate business tax documents. Additionally, you must be prepared to place an opening order for motors.
If you do not meet these basic requirements, we recommend contacting one of our existing Authorized Motor Dealers for assistance.
Terms of Sale

Authorized Motor Dealer Application
Print the PDF version of the "Dealer Application." Fill it out completely and return it to our office via FAX or U.S. Mail. Remember to include a photocopy of your state's business license or sales tax resale certificate. If you are a USA-based company, you must also complete an Illinois Form CRT-61 as part of your application. You can find the CRT-61 form online here: Illinois Form CRT-61.
Upon receipt and review of your application, if all conditions are met, we will send you an **Authorized Motor Dealer Agreement**. Please sign and date the document, then return the signature and address pages. Once this is received and accepted, you'll be notified of your login credentials for the **Authorized Motor Dealer Only** area of our website. Your company will be listed as an authorized dealer, and you'll gain immediate access to the Dealer Manual and other essential materials to assist with product knowledge, marketing, and sales. A hard copy manual will be sent shortly after your approval.

Credit Application
If you wish to apply for credit, print the PDF version of the "Dealers Credit Application." Please note that all orders must be pre-paid until this form is completed, verified, and accepted. We do not allow COD orders, though most credit cards are accepted, and a small processing fee may apply.
Shipping
All orders are shipped **FOB Lockport, Illinois**. Residential delivery and lift gate services are available at additional costs. Any shipments made to locations without a forklift or loading dock are considered residential deliveries, even if they are legitimate business addresses. Likewise, any shipment to a residential address will incur the freight carrier's liftgate fee.
You may make your own shipping arrangements. However, orders not collected from the dock within 7 days after you have been notified that the order is ready for pickup will incur a 10% restocking fee.
